Mendez & Son’s Construction was established in Fremont, California. From the beginning, the focus has been on projects that require more than surface-level work — structural changes, permitting, engineering coordination, and phased construction management.
ADU construction is a primary focus. California’s housing landscape has created real demand for permitted secondary units, and we’ve built our operations around delivering them — from feasibility evaluation through final inspection.

Dan Babcock
Dan manages the financial operations of Mendez & Son’s Construction, including project budgeting, client financing coordination, and business development.
