We feel lucky to have found Dan and Mendez and Sons Construction. We have completed four projects with them and each one has been very successful. The first was an update to my parents’ home to prepare it to sell. Dan and his team worked on a tight timeline, through a rainy winter, to complete the project for the spring selling season. They did a wonderful job! Our second project was a quick spruce up to our home, painting the exterior and painting and bringing light to a dark hallway. The guys were very protective of the plants around our house while painting and the results were beautiful inside and out. Our third project with them – yes third and that says a lot – was to spruce up a rental property for sale. Once again, his team was great! They helped us clear out the junk the tenants left behind, replaced the flooring through the house and painted everything. The result looked great, and we got the home sold. Finally, we had a water leak in our home while we were on vacation. Dan was able to come out while we were away, assess the damage, stop the leak, and start removing the wet carpets and flooring to minimize the damage. It was a shock to come home to, but Dan was wonderful. He had the contacts to help with getting the dry out completed, and the emergency pack out of our furniture. We decided to expand our project beyond the damaged area to the whole house. Once again, Mendez and Sons were there to help us every step of the way. They helped move the remaining furniture into a POD, repair all water damage, prepare and paint the interior with 3 colors, add ceiling fans in the bedrooms, replace all the flooring, and get us moved back in. They even helped rehang our pictures. We are very happy with the results! We will definitely call Mendez and Sons when future projects arise.
